Important information
In our ambulance we accept only children who have all compulsory vaccination done and who bring to the first appointment a certificate of the vaccination or a certificate that the child cannot be vaccinated due to a permanent contraindication.
Every new client can make an appointment by email or by phone. If nobody is picking up, we are busy at the moment but we will call you back. The first appointment lasts 60 minutes and includes an initial examination, client assessment, preparation of a therapy plan and a medical report. We will listen to your requirements and talk about effective therapeutic approaches. Our intensive and modern methods always achieve quick results.
Clients come to us when needed – once or twice per week or once or twice per month. The individual appointment lasts from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the client’s needs. Duration of therapy is recommended by the speech-language pathologist. Each appointment includes individual therapy and a final interview during which we will plan your next appointment. We take short breaks between individual sessions.
Our practice also specializes in myofunctional therapy using Myosa® system developed and patented by Myofunctional Research Co.
Each client receives a personal file with materials to be used between individual appointments. We create and prepare the materials ourselves. During the course of therapy, we make recordings and perform re-evaluations to monitor progress. We are fast and efficient so you don’t have to worry about spending endless years in speech-language therapy.
Our practice provides exclusive services tailored to our clients’ needs. Both children and adults are happy to visit us and look forward to their next appointment. You don’t have to worry about a thing. We will offer you some refreshment and ensure a welcoming environment. Each client works with only one speech-language pathologist during the whole course of therapy. We aim to provide regular appointments during the agreed duration of the therapy. We try to reschedule the cancelled appointments as soon as possible.
Are you too busy to come to our practice or is your child shy in an unfamiliar environment? We can work with our clients in the comfort of their home.
We reserve the right to refuse a client who has the flu, upper respiratory tract infections, tonsillitis, viral infections of the mouth area and lips, or other infectious diseases.
We have the right to terminate our medical service early or to refuse to treat a client showing signs of ingesting alcohol or other addictive substances.
If you cannot come in for the scheduled appointment, please contact us by phone, e-mail or in person and cancel the appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. If you forget to cancel or don’t cancel in time, the therapy session will be charged according to our price list.
If you have any further questions, email us or call us.
